Refund & Exchange Policy

Our products are tested by an independent laboratory and are subject to external approval by our regulatory partners.

Cannabis Products Purchased at Native Nations Cannabis (NNC)

If a product purchased at NNC is found to be defective, customers must contact and inform NNC via phone, email, or in-store within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. If a defective product is eligible for an exchange, it is exchanged in the form of in-store credit. All credits resulting from an exchange must be applied to the transaction immediately following management approval of the exchange or refund. Credits from an exchange applied to a customer account will match the paid price of the exchanged product.

To be considered for an exchange, all customers must bring the defective product(s) with original packaging and the receipt of purchase. The defective product must be minimally used to be eligible for an exchange. The following products are ineligible for exchange and refund:

-          Flower (all weights)
-          Flower & Infused Joints (all weights; all singles and packs)
-          Edibles
-          Concentrates

NNC cannot return defective products, and all returns will be completed in the form of an exchange. Cash refunds will not be given for any purchased cannabis products that have been taken outside of the dispensary.

Please be aware that NNC can only accept exchanges for cannabis products at the NNC location where the product was purchased. NNC reserves the right to deny exchanges for any reason.

Accessories Purchased at Native Nations Cannabis (NNC)

Accessories (vape cart and vape pod batteries) purchased at an NNC Dispensary that have been deemed defective or broken upon initial use may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that NNC can only accept exchanges for accessories at the NNC location where the product was purchased.

To be considered for an exchange, customers must bring the defective or broken accessory along with a receipt of purchase.

Puffco Products Purchased at Native Nations Cannabis (NNC)

NNC is proud to carry a selection of Puffco devices within the dispensary. Puffco has its own warranty procedure and support team who assists with all customer concerns. Under no circumstance can NNC return, refund, or exchange all Puffco branded products carried in our store.
